The majority of users (67.4%) avoid clicking on digital ads, showing a general skepticism toward online advertising. Many people have grown cautious of anything labeled as “sponsored” or an “ad,” possibly due to concerns about privacy, relevance, or past experiences with misleading content.

On the other hand, 21.3% of respondents said they sometimes click on ads, depending on what they offer, while 6.7% actively engage with ads that catch their interest. This suggests that well-targeted ads can still be effective if they provide real value.

A small group (4.5%) doesn’t pay attention to whether something is an ad or not, meaning they interact with content based on interest rather than its label.
